‘BA sent me someone’s else booking details – so what did they do with mine?’

I booked return flights with British Airways to Boston for the autumn. This week I made a change to my flights so was expecting an email from the airline confirming the new details. However, when it arrived it had all the flight details, home address and card details (the last four digits) used for a booking by someone called Mr Clark and for passenger, Mr Reilly. Not me. 

The booking is completely different to mine and I am concerned that someone else has received my details. 

I contacted British Airways about my concerns and to request a new booking reference so that someone who might have received mine could not amend my flights and was told the only way to gain a new booking…
